Recently, the dispatching data network of Hainan Power Grid Corporation was officially put into operation. It is reported that in order to meet the data transmission efficiency and reliability requirements of the real-time control business of power grid production, Hainan Power Grid Company officially started the construction of the dispatching data network in 2016, covering a total of 330 stations of 35 kV and above in the whole network. Select 6 sites including mid-range, standby and 4 ground sites as core nodes, 14 county sites and some 220 kV or 110 kV sites are selected as aggregation nodes for a total of 43 sites, and the rest are used as access layers.

According to the preliminary statistics of the Prospective Industry Research Institute, the output of GIS with a voltage level of 126KV and above in 2017 exceeded the 21,000 interval mark, reaching about 21,433 intervals.
